Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase, we pride ourselves in processing enquiries and orders with efficiency and to the best of our ability, however, if you decide you would like to return your items, we are happy to offer you a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. No returns will be accepted after this point (excludes personalised items, these are non returnable)
- All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact.
- All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition
- If none of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.

The item must be returned within 14 days of purchase and a copy of the receipt should be enclosed in the parcel. All successfully returned items can only be credited to the account originally used to purchase the items. We are also unable to refund any postage cost including the return. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay the return postage fee. (It is advisable to use an insured method of delivery as lullaby-lane.co.uk will not be responsible for lost or damaged parcels.)
We process returns/refunds on the day of receipt, however it can take time to show within your account, depending on the terms and conditions of your chosen payment method this is out of our control.
With exchanges, your new item(s) will be despatched to you as soon as we receive your returning package and any additional payment which is required.

Sale Item Returns
Please note, we only offer a credit note or exchange – no refunds will be given.
Please email lullaby-lane.co.uk before sending items for return/exchange to ensure we can confirm receipt to you and hold any additional items needed for exchange. We will notify you upon arrival of your exchange and confirm refund or that the new items have been posted out to you.
